Lucy the Valiant
I read (grade) essays as a part-time job, so I have easily read 1000+ essays in the last year (yawn) . . . today's wonderful submission just zoomed to the VERY TOP of my all-time favorite "Sincere Submissions by Students." For the WIN: (describing Chaucer's Parson) "Secondarily, this selfless man spends such a sizable sum of his salary supplying his "sheep" succor that he seldom secures sufficient supplies of sustenance for himself." AHAHAHHAA!!!! No other startling examples of consonance in the whole entire paper - just this gem, quietly tucked into paragraph 2. My. Day. Is. Made.
