michaeljenn
My son really wants to move on to Algebra!! He is at the very end of Rod and Staff 6 and has done extremely well with it. When can I move him on to algebra? Should I go ahead and do the 7th grade Rod and Staff book first? We were planning on doing Teaching Textbooks after Rod and Staff. Thanks for any suggestions. MIch elle
to a pre-algebra program that reviews basic math while doing some beginning algebra. R&S math 7 and 8 doesn't have enough pre-algebra imho. I have both levels of tm's if anyone wants to buy them at half price.
melhouse
We skipped level 7 of R&S; went to 8 for pre-algebra; then the first four Keys to Algebra books. From there to Jacob's Algebra. It's been a smooth transition. HTH, Melissa
Crissy
We went through 7, then he jumped right into algebra.
Anne in Hawaii
That's what we did, too -- completed 7 and went into Algebra in 8th grade.
