brasilmom
Greetings, My dd is 8yo and is now much into writing small stories for just about anything. She will write stories for math calculations even! So, I figure that I need a good strong program to lead her into the writing. We use KISS grammar program, but I want more for her. I saw an online course, but it is a bit expensive. Anyone here have any program they have used that can give me a suggestion? I would like for her to take a course on it with a instructor other than me, as this would give her a new perspective. Thanks. Be well Miriam
Roadrunner
Bravewriter and IEW both offer online classes. I would love to hear what else is available.
llifeon18wheels
I've purchased Junior Analytical Grammar but haven't looked at it yet. Just wanted to put that out there. I'm going to use it with our 9.5 yr old. I've heard great reviews of it from my local mom friends.

bookoverflow
You may want to hold off on an on-line course until middle school or high school when she'll have more grammar and writing experiences under her belt. Do you have a good writing tutor in your area - - - even a homeschooled high schooler or a college student majoring in English - - - who might be able to work with her each week since she enjoys writing so much? ************************************* www.knightwritingresources.com
