Disclaimer ... I do not talk or text while I am driving.  I am adamantly opposed to both.

I am in the market for a cell phone holder for the car for my Samsung Galaxy SIII because I often use the navigation features of the phone when traveling.  Our state recently passed a law making it illegal to use one's cell phone in any way but hands-free.  If they see you holding a phone in your hand, you can get pulled over.  So, I need a way to mount my phone so that I can see it easily while I am driving. I have looked at local stores but I haven't seen anything that looks reliable.  I probably want a window mount because I don't want to mess up the dashboard. I have a few options in my Amazon cart - most have positive reviews, but the handful of negative reviews has gives me pause.  So, does anyone use one of these and have a recommendation?

And another one: http://www.amazon.co...ef=pd_sim_cps_4

And one more:  http://www.amazon.co...ref=pd_cp_cps_1

I have the last one for my iPhone. I love it. The suction cup is awesome and it is really easy to use. I can put my iPhone in and out with one hand and it feels really secure. I highly recommend that company.

Cool - and it is the less expensive one!!  I'll give that a try (need to buy at least 2 for the different cars.)

I have this one and like it a lot (it doesn't rely on a suction):

I didn't look at your links but I have a tiny magnet holder. It's amazing. Barely noticeable on the phone or dash. DH has a different phone but the dash magnet works for both. Highly recommend!!

Much lower tech, but we put velcro on the phone case and velcro on the dash-- the vertical part of the dashboard between the clock and the A/C controls, actually-- and just stick the iphone on there. :) DH tried several holders but they all broke or wiggled around when the car was in motion.
