Luanne
Which is your favorite edition of The Well-Trained Mind? I like certain parts of each one, but my favorite is the first one. I own the second edition and have the first and third ones checked out from the library right now ... just for comparison. I like how the rhetoric stage is mapped out the best in the first one. Which is your favorite and why?
PachiSusan
I'm told I will like the 1st edition better due to some questions I have asked here, but I've only read the 3rd edition.
Crimson Wife
I really like how SWB revamped the logic stage in the 3rd edition. Might have to re-read the rhetoric section in the 1st edition since it's been quite a while since I last had that out from the library. Melissa in Australia
I have the 2nd and 3rd. I like them both. I like the logic stage in the 3rd, and have all my tabs and underlining in the 2nd.
Chris in VA
I am most familiar with the second edition, but like the way she expanded the logic stage in the third. Sure wish I could use it!
