I have marinara sauce too, but not traditional spaghetti sauce or salsa. So I could do one of those, or maybe something totally different. I can't decide, lol! I'd be inclined just to can them whole as we go through a bazillion tomatoes and they are easy enough to puree when you need to use them as something else. Koerarmoca Posted March 16, 2013 Share Posted March 16, 2013 I would do some salsa and maybe make some sun-dried tomatoes (I assume you need a dehydrator for that though) I know my mom loved to eat tomatoes on homemade mac n cheese.
