tearose
I'm leaning towards making a sausage, potato, cabbage dish using some apple-sage field roast sausages (impulse purchase at Costco--thank you excellent return policy in case I don't like them ... did that clause even make any sense?) Ottakee
Clean out the fridge and freezer night. That means fish, chicken, or vegeatarian meal---depending on what the kids pick out to heat up. We have a little of this and a little of that but not enough of each for everyone to have the same thing.

PrincessMommy
Sigh... I don't know (said in a whiny voice). I feel so brain dead right now. Maybe I'll just order some pizza.
Freckles
It's date night at my house. I'm planning on ordering roasted artichokes, Ceaser salad, rib eye medium well, scalloped potatoes, and a barely cooked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. Dh and I will share the appetizer and cookie. I didn't eat lunch, so I will have enough room this evening. I did have a snack of Thin mints with cookie butter. He's taking me out tomorrow night for a belated Valentine dinner. blondeviolin
I have no clue. Fridays are rough here. My oldest has gym at 5:15... So we usually try to do a late and big lunch. That didn't happen today. By the time I'd get home it'd be 6:20 and at least 30 min before I'd have anything in the table. We might be going out...
