"Wondering if I am going to have this baby before my shower". I think that unless you birth very fast, you probably have time to take a shower. I would suggest you do take a shower before childbirth... and during the laborious procedure.

I'm in America, and I've never heard that. Maybe it's regional? Although, thinking about it, I've heard of cats kneading, but I never connected that to bread making....

I'm in America, and I've never heard that. Maybe it's regional? Although, thinking about it, I've heard of cats kneading, but I never connected that to bread making....


I'm in the US though not American by birth and had never heard the saying either. I have heard of cats kneading though. Interesting.... Thanks for explaining, gingerh!
