JadeOrchidSong
I just borrowed a train cake pan from a friend at my church, but I don't have a recipe or decoration tips. Will you please help me if you have based such cakes? I would like to make this for my father in law, who will care for my boys while I go to jury duty the next two weeks. Here is the link for the train pan. Thanks! http://www.amazon.com/Nordic-Ware-Platinum-Collection-Train/dp/B000UXPCF0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1358702348&sr=8-2&keywords=train+cake+pans
Guest inoubliable
There should have been a recipe on the underside of the label that came on the pan. Here's a link to the reviews for that pan. First review is some general instructions on using box cake. http://www.amazon.com/Nordic-Ware-Platinum-Collection-Train/product-reviews/B000UXPCF0/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1 Pictures of someone's decorating job. http://www.shesaved.com/2012/12/nordic-ware-platinum-collection-train-pan-for-24-95.html
JadeOrchidSong
I only got the pan with no package box. So I see no recipe on the pan itself. Thanks for the pictures you linked.

Pippen
If you have pet birds you will want to check that pan out. Fumes from some of the Nordic ware is toxic to birds. I've seen pans with warning labels--not sure about yours.

I've seen pans with warning labels--not sure about yours. I don't have birds and I only borrow this pan for two weeks and plan to bake two time with it. Thanks for the warning. That is one reason that we stopped using our skillet that has the fume problem.
