Totally lost it with my dd.....

BTDT, not looking forward to becoming scary mum again when this dd hits hormones.

 

I do believe boarding school was invented for teenaged daughters.

I'm discussing child-swapping with friends. 15yo dd's can be lovely and helpfully and wonderful; as long as you are not their mum.

I do think a year or so of trade is the way to go.

 

Failing this, eventually after completely shattering any self-worth you may have retained, they do tend to emerge (and by the look of your signature, the next ones would be ready to step up to the mark).

 

If you do find any coping mechanisms, please, please post.
