Annie Laurie
The spiral ham says 275 and the smoked turkey says 350. They are both fully cooked, I'm just warming them. If I raise the temp I'm afraid the ham glaze will burn, but if I don't raise it I'm afraid the turkey won't warm through. They both need about 2 hours in the oven, so I can't warm one, take it out, and then warm the other, or the first one will be cold again. How should I do this? Freckles
Double Oven. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Do you a have a close neighbor who is not using their oven?
Annie Laurie
I don't have a double oven or a neighbor who is not using their oven. My mom lives an hour away so that won't work either.
Freckles
on second thought, could you start the turkey earlier on 275 to give it more time and add the ham later if you have enough space in your oven for both.

Good idea. I had thought I would keep them both at 275 so the ham glaze doesn't burn and we'd just have to microwave our plates if the sliced turkey was still a bit cold. But putting in a little earlier than the ham is smart. Thanks!
blondeviolin
Do you have a crock pot?
Annie Laurie
Do you have a crock pot? I have two! A crockpot would work for the turkey you think?
Gentlemommy
I used my crockpot for the ham. Worked great, it kept it from getting dry.
