NILD?

I am waiting to have my kids tested in Jan. with a neuropsych because I suspect dyslexia with one, possibly 2 kids, and possible ADD with the other (along with other "minor" issues). The dd who I suspect dyslexia with is probably 2grade levels behind across the board on subjects. Last night, I was speaking with a family member who used to teach at a local private school that I contemplated sending oldest dd to this year (I decided to keep her home still). Last night she tells me that this school has someone that works for/with (not sure how it works) NILD at the school. She is not working for the school/getting paid by the school, but she pulls kids out and works with them one on one through the week. Parents pay her almost an equivalent to what they're paying in tuition, and you have to commit to 3 years. I've tried looking this organization up online, but can't figure out too much information. Can anyone offer any good/bad info. On them or if you've had experience with this, what outcome you've seen? Just trying to explore options, and feeling overwhelmed because it's not just language arts we need to catch up on, and wondering if I'm going to have to bring in some kind of a tutor. Thanks!

Having to commit for 3 years is a concern? Though I'm suspicious of any program that requires making a long term commitment ? Where if a program is really effective, then clients will continue to use it. On the other hand, if you find that it isn't effective, then you might have to pay out a 3 year contract?
