We use Thorne products. DS (8 yrs old) takes Thorne Basic Detox Nutrients. He takes 6 caps per day max, which is half an adult dose. Some days I only give him 3, just depends on, IDK, my mood, his symptoms?

Our doc recommended these - DH and I take them, too. We order from Amazon.

My kids alternate between Animal Parade liquid and something else I forget the name, plus Animal Parade Kid Greenz , Animal Parade Kids Immune Booster, Nature's Way Primadophilus, and Carlson for Kids fish oil. My husband alternates as well but right now he takes MegaFood Men's daily, Dr Ohira's probiotic, New Chapter fish oil, and Nature's Plus Red Rice Yeast. I take Nature's Way Alive and MegaFood balanced B complex.

We probably take more than we need, but my husband is big on vitamins so I do it to appease him.

My kids like the following enough to take them every day:

Gummy multivitamin from Costco, I think it's Gummy Vites

Power C (another gummy. Used to be at Costco but now I find it at Target--big bottle)

NatureMade kids chewable vitamin D (400 IU--I get this from Amazon)

My kids (teens) take Centrum Chewables. Oldest DS doesn't care for most dairy products, so he takes Citracal Petites.

I take Centrum Silver. I started taking it after I had a hysterectomy years ago and figured I didn't need the iron in the non-silver version. And for calcium I've most recently been taking Citracal Slow-Release.

My kids take Rainbow light multi-vitamins as well, and an extra 2000 mg of Vit. D. I have tried every kind of Omega-3, but they don't like them!

I take a Rainbow Woman's vitamin, and extra D as well.

Mine like the RL gummies, either the regular or sour multivitamins. Have you tried their gummy omegas?
