SKL Posted November 30, 2012 Share Posted November 30, 2012 I started giving my kids fish oil years ago, but they got nosebleeds, so I let up on it and eventually stopped. I wonder if there is any alternative that provides similar benefits, without the risk of frequent bloody noses? My kid seems to be prone to bloody noses anyway, so now I am wondering if that is indicative of anything. So if anyone has any thoughts on that, feel free to share them. I noticed, however, what I thought was an increase in them when I started giving her the fish oil, and have been wondering if it could be the cause. Just interesting to hear someone else have the same thing happen. Sorry, but I have no idea of an alternative. Will be watching to see if anyone else has anything to say on the matter.
