*********
The only thing that makes me think of is a UTI, but you said two urinalysis tests were negative. Sounds frustrating. Hope you get some better advice. :grouphug:
itsheresomewhere
I don't remember all your DD's symptoms but if she doesn't have a neurologist, I would get one ASAP. The bladder symptoms can be neurological if other tests have ruled out UTI, blockage, etc.

Our regular pediatrician was brushing me off but when I walked in with, "THIS is what dd has! Give us the MRI!" he listened.
wapiti
:grouphug: I know how you feel. I hope it magically "goes away" before you have to see anyone else!! (the things that come to mind may be urological - BTDT - or spinal - BTDT, as I vaguely recall you have too).

He thought it could be a little anxiousness. This really doesn't seem to have any connection with anxiety, though, from what I can see. Could this come out of the blue in an older teen?

Cynful
Strangely enough, and probably TMI, I have had this myself with certain brands of toilet paper or also if I wipe too hard. Just a random thought....

I would fire that neuro if he discounted it. How old is your DD?
