Shelly in IL Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 I went in to actually put in an Avatar! I liked how easy it seemed to upload a photo to it, it actually looked idiot proof. Evidently not, because I still don't have an avatar!!! When I tried to download a pic, it kept saying that my file was too big. Some were from my Mac photo booth, but some were regular pics that were downloaded on my computer. Help!! I hate that I'm such a clueless wonder on this stupid computer! Oh yeah, also couldn't post a pic on my for sale ad. Any help with that would be great, too. I got the photo so it appeared in the attach files place, but it didn't "stick.". All I know is with my mac, when I'm iPhoto, I make a copy of my photo and stick it in a different file (so I don't resize my original), then I export it to a different file. During the export process, I click on "custom" and then I can resize my photo--- I think I do 640. I *believe* that is what worked for my avatar.
