In Firefox the spellcheck icon doesn't show (not sure why...we'll have to look into that); however, a red line appears under the mis-spelled word. I'm using IE, and in that, the reply window is outlined in grey - all the tools for quick reply are at the top of that grey border (bold, italics, underline, etc. on the top left; spell check, font size, and switch to editor mode on the upper right). Ah, well, just when I thought I could be helpful. I hope you figure it out soon!
