StaceyinLA
A friend is asking about unit studies. She has kids from 7th to pre-k. They are having some school burnout and want to try something to spruce it up. I used KONOS a LONG time ago, but I know there have to be some new programs out there. Does anyone have any ideas I can share with her at Mom's Night tonight?

JenneinCA
You might suggest the Amanda Bennett unit studies. http://www.unitstudy.com/index.htm Amanda Bennett Unit Studies
ErinD
I love the nature study ones from Shining Dawn books; they're good for preschool to high school. Intellego also has some that fit a wide range of ages.
Mothersweets
Everything You Need to Know About Homeschooling Unit Studies I have this book and I think it does a great job explaining how to design your own unit studies and makes it seem very doable, especially with multiple ages. I think on their site they offer several unit study plans, too.
