lakshmi Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 When inputing new courses for the school year, has anyone had good luck using the Repeat every: Week, Two weeks, Three weeks, Four Weeks I'd like to alternate two courses every other week, but have no idea how to input it. Any suggestions? What I will end up doing is assigning both courses to every week and will just alternate marking them as done. So it will change the school hours. shukriyya Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 You should be able to schedule them every two weeks and then check the 'Day Co-Owner' option and this should make them exclusive to that day. What happens is that sometimes, if I schedule one at three weeks and the other at four weeks. That at some point they will end up being on the same day. It isn't like they alternate weeks.. there is no way that I can see for them to alternate weeks. It just isn't in the programming. But it seems like there might be a way after the school year starts.
