angela in ohio Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 This came up on my Yahoo page - a video about a "10 Year Old Veterinarian" Wow, I thought, how did a 10-year-old get through a veterinary program that fast? Turns out she has a certificate for 8 months of classes online that allow her to be a veterinary assistant. While it's still impressive, there's a BIG difference there! Tressa Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 Yeah, it grabbed me too. It is still impressive, but, like you said, it is a certificate and not a degree. There is a difference. I think that it would be hard for her to do all the physical work that is required of a vet. tech. It can be pretty physical sometimes. Good for her, though!
