jenncslp
Good morning everyone! I've seen many posts about Amazon prime on here and have a question. I have had a prime subscription before, but never used the instant videos/movies. I just dropped our cable down to the very basic/basically just for news and local channels. I would love to be able to watch the instant videos/movies on our TV. Due I just need a device like Roku? Any advice on what to get? I'm trying to set it up for little $$$. Thanks! KS_
I'm not sure what all the options are, but we use my laptop connected to one TV (an older, non-HD tv) and then have a separate, desktop computer connected to the HD tv, that acts as a DVR and I can also get online and use it for Amazon streaming. bbkaren
I believe the roku is all you need; I also believe there are cheap blueray players with roku included...
mindygz
It isn't a cheap solution (Unless maybe you find one used) but we have a mac mini hooked up to our TV. Works great! :001_smile:
