MellowYellow
What is a good inexpensive acoustic guitar for someone just learning to play? Thanks!
Mrs Mungo
My dd has a Jasmine. Her guitar teacher raves about it (he doesn't sell guitars). This one: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/jasmine-by-takamine-s34c-nex-cutaway-acoustic-guitar Our local music store often has this one on sale for $99. Amber in SJ
My 14yo dd started lessons recently and we bought her this guitar: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/rogue-starter-acoustic-guitar It was $39.99 right before Christmas. It is a great size for her and easier for for to manage than my full size acoustic. Her teacher was very impressed with the tone. He has recommended it to a couple of his other beginners. We bought her the gig bag that has the backpack style straps and she has taken it on a couple of her youth trips. Amber in SJ
