Kathleen in VA Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 How old is your laptop? You probably need to download an updated version of Flashplayer. I am not able to watch videos that require the new version of Flashplayer because it requires an Intel chip and my laptop doesn't have one. You may not be able to download it if you do not have an Intel chip in your computer, but you can try.
