I hardly ever eat meat. but, I love the look of her recipes. Any favorites, Must try recipes from the site? If you saw my other post, I am having a difficult time. Moxie Posted November 21, 2011 Share Posted November 21, 2011 I think she calls it "Mommy Crack". It isn't really dinner but a great appetizer or party food. It is cream cheese, sausage, rotel and a few other things. I've made it and served it over pasta for dinner. You could also use it to fill cresent rolls for a homemade Hot Pocket thing. HTH.
