Kimber Posted January 28, 2008 Share Posted January 28, 2008 Most of the choices we're looking at require the purchase of the Teacher's manual making the curriculum costs for one class upwards of $200 dollars for elementary. Ouch! That's just one class. I think SOTW is reasonable in prices, but they were hoping to offer a Geography course alongside the history course for those families that opted not to do the history class. Let the kids make an "Ancient History Atlas" with vocabulary and a "make believe" map in the back. Older kids can add comparing ancient maps w/ current maps.
