~Amanda~
I thought it was very interesting, if you like the WAPF way of eating :) http://www.cheeseslave.com/2011/06/25/food-renegade-kristen-michaelis-on-teaching-kids-about-nutrition/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Cheeseslave+%28CHEESESLAVE%
Denise in Florida
What a cool resource. I plan to look through the blog for information that is new to me. I may show my dd17 some of this as part of her Life Skills credit. Thank you for sharing.
DarlaS
Honestly, from the sample of the book I looked at, I'm not sure why this is for 12 and up? If I had a 12 yo I wanted to have this info, I'd just hand them The Omnivore's Dilemma for Kids (if not the adult version). Then go out and buy some whole foods cookbooks and turn them loose. There are also a TON of dvds available from Netflix on this topic. I think she's going to have a hard time selling this course.
