Thanks for the mention of The Core Program book...

I've been doing the first set of exercises (which are somewhat strenuous for this 7-pregnancy mom!) and I can tell I'm really getting a workout! I am very surprised; from first glance at the photos I thought it was going to be a waste of time. LOL I think I'm going to get a used copy for myself and my mom!

 

(I know this book won't give me 6-pack abs, but that's not what I'm looking for right now. I want to relieve muscle tension, get more strength and balance in my core, and prevent other injuries and I think this is perfect for those goals! Thanks again!)
