SilverMoon
Nope. You read out of the book, make your own flashcard, and review the flashcards regularly. That's it. There are premade flashcards sold separately. Both the book and the flashcards are redundant if used together. Personally, my kids learn those roots far better if they make their own card versus being handed one.
Sweet Home Alabama
or workbooks to go with this program? Deborah, I don't know if this would work for you, but if you go to Curric Click and do a search on English from the Roots Up, they do have notebooking pages. I've tried to link it.... http://www.currclick.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=english+from+the+roots+up&quicksearch=1&search_filter=&filters=&search_free=&search_in_description=1&search_in_author=1&search_in_artist=1&x=5&y=
