It is published by Sonlight but they refuse to help me because I didn't purchase it from them. Even if I purchased it from another retailer, they will not help me - even though they published it. The retailers are not at fault. They just sell the book. The book is tightly bound so the pages did not fall out. If you have a copy of this and it has those pages, can you PM me please?
