CalicoKat
It's been so long since our initial training but I think there's a privacy law that prohibits the birthmom from getting our contact information unless I OK it, right? There was a mix up in dfs's visitation today and the former driver/supervisor called me to say that birth mom was going to come to our house and pick him up. I said no and if you show up I'll have to call the police. I can't turn him over to anyone except specifically whom the case worker specifies. This is because the tranportation service forgot/didn't schedule/is closed for the holidays/didn't get the last minute cour order for the visit. Case worker was miffed about having to do the driving on Christmas Eve but he did. The return information isn't firm, Sunday at 4 p.m. or Monday morning sometime. I have a house full of overnight guests (7) for Christmas. Any thoughts about what I should say to the supervisor and my licensing worker Monday? Miss Peregrine
That's unacceptable. I think you did great to say no. Not sure what the laws are for giving out addresses in your state but our court papers say we are to remain confidential. If DF's mom got our address I would move.:tongue_smilie:
