Storm Bay
No, I've never heard of this curriculum. We're planning to stick with Singapore and then add some Russian math program in the mix until dd is old enough and mature enough for Algebra. However, I'm interested to see if anyone here as used this or seen it.
jeri
J7, NEM1 and 2, Russian math . . . we are jsut finishing up RM 6 so we haven't started either nem or J7. I do think that J7 is a lot less dense than NEM (more white space, fewer problems, etc.). Some of the topics covered in NEM adn J7 are covered in RM and we will skip those sections when we get there, so I'm not sure if I can compare them like apples to apples. Can you tell me where you are in NEM or what specifically I can look up for you? Or, I could scan in a couple of pages of J7 math and email it to you to look at. Email me if you'd like this: jdunphy15@comcast.net jeri
