kidsnbooks8
How did you use it? Just what is in the guides, or did you use other books to expand upon the ideas brought up in the guide? Thanks for your time.
Blueridge
Yes, I used it for several years as our Bible program. I liked it because it was very reasonably priced, and because each day we cuddled up and I read a verse and then we could talk about it. Great for discussions. Some days there would be a short history lesson that came from that day's verse, other days there would be a science lesson. I used books I had on the shelf, especially my history and science encyclopedias, so that I had a picture to show. Sometimes I would give the girls blank paper so they could draw an illustration (like the parts of the flower, taste regions on the tongue, etc.). The lessons were short and easy to do. I liked it, but I didn't use it for my main curriculum like some do.
