Kelly on the prairie
My son met with a biology teacher at the local college for Biology and was able to dissect to his heart's content:glare:. He looked at his slides there and had a great lab experience. He is now in Advanced Biology, and I am wondering if there are any good sites to view microscopic slides of cross-sections of body tissue. I would love to save the money on buying slides when they are standard views. I found one site at www.xecu.net, but are there others? Mommyfaithe
We used You Tube A LOT. Just preview. There are some awesome micrscope videos and Bio lectures as well. HTH Faithe
FaithManor
www.bodiestheexhibition.com has a slideshow. Also, check out your nearest teaching hospital. Some university hospitals do have materials available for high schoolers. Faith
