Danestress
I cooked a bunch of hard boiled eggs using timing that I have done before with success. This time, after the eggs were cooled and had been in the fridge, we broke into them and found that the whites were a bit runny. They yolks were set - not runny but also not really as cooked as a fully hard boiled egg would be. What can I do? Can I reboil them to get them to set more? Use them in a recipe? I am happy to warm a few and mash them on my toast, but I probably can't use all of them that way.
Sherry in OH
I don't know if it is recommended, but I have reboiled eggs successfully. If your family likes meatloaf you can put some of the meatloaf mixture in a baking dish, then place peeled eggs on the meatloaf and top with the rest of the mixture. Bake as usual.
