Leanna Tomlinson
It looks like you have everything covered. Lit, Grammar, Spelling, and Vocab would all probably fall under one credit - "English 9". Math, Science, Spanish, and History should all be one credit each for a total of 5 solid academic credits. You can decide how to count the PE and Fine Arts. Some years, my kids transcripts need more in the way of activities, so I don't always count every year of music lessons as credit. As for Logic - we have used Traditional Logic I & II by Memoria Press. It get the job done, but I can't say we love it.
HollyDay
Yes, I planned to combine all the language arts into English 9. I just want to make sure I have all that I should have to meet a solid English 9 credit. If dd plays basketball all year, I will count it as a credit. But, I think they will do 3 months, take 3 months off, then do 3 months of volley ball. Logic is stumping me. I want something fairly fun. At least I want to say it is "engaging" or "interesting"
Brindee
What about Art of Argument? I haven't used it, just throwing it out as an option incase you hadn't considered it yet. I count these as 1/2 credit each: Music PE Art Logic That would give you 2 more credits.
M&M
It looks like you have everything covered.Lit, Grammar, Spelling, and Vocab would all probably fall under one credit - "English 9". What about writing? That should be a part of your Engilsh credit as well.
HollyDay
Queen's LL is supposed to have creative writing as its focus. LLATL is also supposed to have a writing focus. If this proves not to be enough, I'm looking at AG's Research paper program.
