We made cupcakes tonight and though the cake comes from a mix, there is no way I'd put canned frosting on there. Canned frosting is all sugar and shortening. I like white stuff covered pretzels and kettle corn. Mmmmm...kettle corn. I've only had the real deal once (three years ago) and it was enough to put me completely off of microwaveable completely.
