ktgrok Posted July 22, 2010 Share Posted July 22, 2010 I got a good deal on some "Tandoori Lamb Sausage" at Whole Foods. It's basically a lamb sausage with indian spices. I am trying to eat more paleo like...so my normal rice is not an option. I'm thinking roasting cut up sweet potatos in the oven, pan frying the sausages, then sauteeing some spinach in the pan the sausages were in. any other ideas? OrganicAnn Posted July 23, 2010 Share Posted July 23, 2010 I don't know if it is paleo or not, but if I had some misc sausage I would slice it and cook it in a skillet. I'd add zucchini/summer squash and onions. If it were an italian sausage I would add some tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Since it is Indian spice, I would add rice or a noodle to serve it over.
