I am 9 weeks post-natal and have a few extra pounds from this pregnancy plus a few more from the last pegnancy to shift! My tummy WOBBLES! Jean in Newcastle Posted July 19, 2010 Share Posted July 19, 2010 I did best trying out a variety of videos/DVDs from the library. Denise Austin has pregnancy one that includes a post-partum workout.
