PinkTulip
Forgive me if this has already been posted - I have been out of town and going through my mail today. I received a catalog from The Teaching Company where ALL of their High School Courses are on sale until Aug. 30 - most courses are $79.95, like Calculus, Algebra I & II, World and American History, and then combo packs like Biology and Anatomy & Physiology together for $219.90. The priority code in my catalog is 44124 Hope this can help someone!
Corraleno
I just tested my FREE SHIPPING code, and it still works: YWBZ This might expire 7/22, but you could try it even after that date — sometimes the "expiration dates" aren't very strictly enforced. Margo out of lurking
Oh my goodness, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just searched the boards, looking for when TTC would put Algebra I on sale. I tried your code AND IT WORKED!!!!! Instead of $260, I just bought it for $80. PinkTulip
Kristine, So glad I could help someone - I posted that a week or more ago, and didn't hear much of a response, so I wasn't sure if everyone already knew about this or what. It's a great feeling to end up paying significantly less than you thought you would have to. Good luck with the Algebra!

Faithr
I am trying to order the Basic Math, Geometry and Algebra I on sale but they don't give me the sale prices! How do you get the discount? What am I doing wrong? Help!

What am I doing wrong? Help! Did you go to the shopping cart and type in the correct priority code (44124)? That should change the prices. You may have to re-enter to code if you leave the website and come back — sometimes the codes seem to "fall out" and the items in the cart revert to the nonsale prices, but usually as soon as you retype the priority codes you get the sale prices again. Jackie ETA: if 44124 isn't working, try 44121. That's the code on my current HS catalog and it should be good until 8/30.
Brindee
Wow, I see 5 classes I'd LOVE to get for dd! Wonder if I can talk dh into that?! :) One would be for her 10th grade year (Chemistry), would they have that one on sale again next summer? Yes, they put the HS courses on sale every summer, and ALL the courses go on sale at least once per year (lately they seem to be having sales much more frequently). Plus once you're a customer and on their email list, you'll get emails with codes for mini-sales all the time (like all math courses, or all history courses, etc., on sale for 2-3 days only, with a code they give you in the email). Jackie Where did you put that code in? Yours might not work, but my catalog has a $10 off Customer Appreciation Coupon with the coupon code of AJAW. I tried putting it in the "gift" area, but it said the code wasn't valid. My catalog says it's valid through August 30. It didn't take the $10 off automatically either when it said how much it would come to. I may have to call them tomorrow. :glare:

Usually they will only accept ONE coupon code (letters) and ONE discount code (numbers) at a time. They don't generally let you "stack" coupon codes, so if you try to do both a free shipping code and a "$10 off" code on the same order, they probably wouldn't accept it. Sometimes if you call and complain, though, they will do it for you over the phone. :D Jackie

I'll go see if I can find the correct area. :001_smile: The free shipping code would be better if it still works. Their shipping is expensive! If that doesn't work, I'll try the $10 off code. ETA: Duhhhh, it looks so obvious! :tongue_smilie: The free shipping code didn't work, but the $10 off did. Funny thing--the $10 off put the cost of shipping to the next lower level, which made it the same cost as if I had the free shipping code! :001_smile: I'm happy! thanks for your help!
