Miss Marple
I purchased several courses years ago on VHS. At this time we no longer have VHS, but I would like to have the same courses on DVD. I thought someone here once said that courses could be exchanged (probably for a fee). I went to the website and cannot find that policy. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks

Vida Winter
I did this with a TC course (VHS to DVD) and paid an upgrade fee. It helps if they have a record of the actual purchase of the course; in my case my parents had purchased the course and they still let me do the upgrade. They do not want the VHS tapes back; they send out an entirely new course with the standard guide book. It was kind of pricey to do it this way but it was considerably less than purchasing a new course (even on sale).
Miss Marple
Thank you! I have a record of my purchase on my account so that shouldn't be a problem. It's either pay for an upgrade or buy a VHS recorder :-)
