DesertDweller Posted July 6, 2010 Share Posted July 6, 2010 I tried taking my stuff to a resale shop and that was a bust. They only took a few items, and I ended up with $4. I was going to give it to charity anyway. I think I'll come out ahead by donating it and taking it as a deduction next year. I remember seeing a list somewhere that gave a breakdown on how much various pieces of clothing could be valued at when they were given to a charity.
