ThelmaLou
I'm considering using it next year for my 8th grader. For those who've used it, how much time did it take your student on a daily basis just to do the history portion? I'm going to limit him to the reading and comprehension questions (plus any assessments that are scattered throughout the lessons.) I'm not going to be doing the writing assignments or literature suggestions. He'll be taking comp. and lit. in co-op.
Sharon in MD
We are doing Am History. My son needs about an hour a day for the history portion, the reading takes him a while. Not the Notgrass portion, that is an easy read, it is the speeches and other source documents that take more time for him. He hates reading the official types of documents, like Supreme Court decisions and such :ack2:.
Heather in Savannah
it has taken her around 30-40 minutes to do the reading and answer the questions.
