simka2 Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 So I have been on a journey...a spiritual one for quite awhile. Even being in ministry things were really coming to a head. Questioning theologies, churches, paradims...everything. Even last night I was up late researching different church belifes where they started and such. I learned some great things and challenging things, but still nothing fits. We had traveled with dh to a very remote town in the middle of kansas for a work mtg. While dh was at the mtg the kids and I took a walk from our hotel room to a grocery store. As I'm looking at coloring books I see this little book staring at me from a bottom shelf...It's title is "So you don't want to go to church anymore: an unexpected journey" I started to read it to dh as we drove home and all I can say is WOW! It's like someone crawled into dh's and my private conversations. Sometimes, I am truly amazed at what I consider gentle little gifts from GOD!
