ClassicalTwins
I was hoping someone could tell me if there is any difference in the newest edition that I would benefit from and should buy the latest. I got my older version cheap from a Half Price books, when I wasn't so sure what I was doing. So, does the newest revision have anything new that I should go ahead and get it too? Farrar
We recently did WTM as our homeschool book club book and all the different editions were represented. Someone may be able to speak to this who knows much more than me, but I understand that the biggest difference is the list of resources. The text of the book and the arguments they make for homeschooling and for following a classical curriculum are mostly the same. However, the resources they suggest changed because new things became available or changed. However, that's always happening. And you'll get as much information on the forums about what's the right resources for your specific needs that's more up to date. Therefore, I would say don't bother.
