tarana
We are accumulating too much paper. Its hard to throw out anything. So I thought I will go the Ebook route. Last year we used RAZ kids which has online readers & quizzes to go with it. It was big hit with my girls. This year we used some science levelled readers (3rd grade) and my girls loved it. It also has a audio option. I found out you can buy workbooks too as ebooks. Or you can buy the books & scan them to PDF document. So has anyone used the ebook version of the workbooks? If so, how do you use it? On a Computer? On a Ebook Reader? On the multiple choice questions, can the kids select the correct answers? If you are using a Ebook Reader, does each child have their own Reader? Is it more convinient to use the Reader than the computer? Would it strain a child (8yrs) to do their work on the Computer/Reader rather than on a printed piece of paper? Is going green really worth it?
