My dh returned the one I wanted to rec., but do look at your options. The book was titled something like feeding you child with food allergies. Another good thing to do yourself is make a list. A big old list of every single thing your child can eat. Keep it handy. Sometimes seeing everything they can eat in black in white helps with shopping, meal planning and your peace of mind.
