AngieW in Texas
My 16yo took Drawing I last semester and is taking Drawing II this semester at the cc. My 14yo will probably do a music appreciation and/or art appreciation course. She would love a ceramics course, but only the downtown cc campus has ceramics, so she'll probably have to forgo that possibility. My 11yo will probably do guitar. She started guitar lessons two months ago and absolutely loves it. It's possible that she would choose to do an art class at cc, but I think guitar is more likely. Annie G
Our kids enjoy Christian Youth Theater. They log about 300 hours a year in classes, rehearsals, and performances. They've done classes in voice, dance, theater, script writing, improv, stunts and combat... And the list goes on. It's provided an amazing variety of experiences. Susan C.
We did Mark Kistler's Draw Squad, an under $20 book. It is a great drawing program, and you just work through it 45-60 min. a day. Took a school year, 1 credit.
