HollyDay
My soon to be 9th grader does not like the literature approach. We have struggled to finish up BF Jr High. I love it, she hates it. So, what are some good textbook approaches to to high school history?
fishmummy
Have you looked at Abeka or Bob Jones? They are the most popular textbook series that I know of if you are looking to stay with something from a Christian viewpoint. wendy
April in CA
You might want to check out Notgrass World History and Notgrass American History. I have not used them, but my son is using Notgrass Gov't this semester and he likes it. There are daily lessons laid out for the student, which makes it easy to plan. Notgrass embraces a Christian perspective. Good luck! Blessings, April
EKS
We will be using The Ways of the World for world history and K12's The American Odyssey for US history.
