I slept almost almost 5 hours!!!!

5-HTP helps me once I am already asleep to have a deep restorative sleep. I am taking melatonin at bedtime to help me get to sleep. (I've also tried Calms Forte, valerian tea and "nighty-night" tea with varying success.) But I still have a couple of nights a week that I can't get to sleep until something like 2 or 3 am. So I share your pain!
