HollyDay Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 I posted yesterday about insomnia and you kind ladies helped me. I started 5 HTP again yesterday - haven't taken that in months. Jean in Newcastle Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 5-HTP helps me once I am already asleep to have a deep restorative sleep. I am taking melatonin at bedtime to help me get to sleep. (I've also tried Calms Forte, valerian tea and "nighty-night" tea with varying success.)
