What is the best brand of washable tempera paint?

Not what you're asking, but I have had problems w/all of the Rose Art supplies that I have purchased, whether it's crayons that break easily and often or paint that isn't really very washable to waxy colored pencils. They are less expensive than others, but not worth the discount. Have you looked at Miller Pads & Papers to see what brands they carry? They have quality stuff & you can price it locally if you need to once you know a brand. A popular school supply co. around here sells Sergeant paint, but I've never used it.

I don't know of a good brand, but when my dc were young I used to put a few drops of dish soap into the paint, and it was much easier to clean up later.

I just ordered this for my kids yesterday. I don't know how good it is since I've never actually used it, but at least it's a good deal!
